The Lounge
A combination breakfast venue and lounge, this is the centrepiece and an extension of the Hotel’s concept, a gathering place for guests and non-guests. An inviting and exclusive space for socializing, reflection and work where guests have unlimited access to snacks and beverages available direct from the self-service counters. The intention is the creation of an intimate space with a personality where the romance of the guest's enjoyment is celebrated whilst lingering over a drink, a book, or in contemplation.
The Courtyard
Located in the middle of the main building; this is the epicentre in which everything and everyone passes through. The airy central courtyard is atypical of colonial architecture and lines alongside the hallways that lead to the other areas of the Hotel. The restored original cast-iron columns and decorative frescos add a timeless elegance to the space which authenticates the history of the building.
The Pool
A prime spot for sun worshiping and star-gazing; the pool is inspired as a little oasis within inner George Town where guests can enjoy a leisure dip or an invigorating cardio-vascular workout.
The Cabanas
Having a view of the pool and the outdoor area of The Lounge; these are available for the exclusive use of guests and non-guests to enjoy The Edison Experience.
